Just add a widget for on/off toggle

This app easily gets 5 stars after they add what would be the most useful feature; a widget. Having to launch the app every time I want to toggle on/off one of my devices is annoying. Please add this and it’s the perfect app.
Recent update caused problems

Since I updated the app, it won’t connect with my Echo Dot. I’ve tried everything and wasted a lot of time! Very frustrated!!!

I now have a couple of smart switches and outlets and it's nice having them all in one app but half of the time the app does not work! It takes many attempts of refreshing the app or quitting and reopening it to to "connect" to my lights. Meanwhile other apps and devices like Alexa and Google Home work instantly. Also the Kasa app really needs an iOS widget. It's the only smart home app I have that I can't control from my Notification Center. Very lame. I emailed support and they said they would "consider" it. Seriously? It's not that hard. Sure there are work arounds like IFTTT but those are slow and clunky. I just want this to be fixed up and working better.
Never coming home to a dark front door

I always hated coming home to a dark front door where it was hard to see in order to unlock the door. It was easy to install the light switch and set it up. I chose to have the light come on at sunset and turn off at sunrise and it has been great. Highly recommend.

I really like the Kasa app. I’m probably not using my smart plugs as much as I should, but it’s really useful especially in my quilt studio with my iron. You know—of course I’m sure I turned off the iron....probably. I just have to check on my phone or tablet. Easy to set up too

This app used to be good, but now when you try and set a custom brightness with a time, you only get a scroll bar and it doesn’t say the percentage. I spent 15 minutes trying to find 50% it kept landing on 49% or 51%. It used to tell you the % as you scrolled. Horrible app lately.

I ordered this device a while ago, but didn’t use it because I thought it would be difficult to set up. It was so easy. It works so well and is so mush better than the old timer we had.

I did t know I was getting a smart plug at first but I got it for a surprise when I got an Alexa. My smart plug turns for my lights in my room every night, and helps save power. The Kasa Smart app is so helpful it helps me set a timer, you can make a schedule time for your smart device, and it has so much more to do and it’s all shown and easy to find. It’s an awesome app that makes life easier.
