Karma has been a evolving company since launch. I’m a long time customer and I pay my monthly premium of a few bucks every month to keep my grandfather status. Even with the new plan models, it is still one of the most affordable prepaid WiFi services on the market. The new price models are not bad when compared to other services provided by the big cellular giants. The WiFi dongle is a little investment. I had my karma for a few years now And still runs great with average weekly usage. I manage about 5 hours per a full charge. I highly recommend Karma to others.

The app was fine until some update. Now it will not load. I had the app open for 15 minutes and it still did not load. It has been like this for over a year now.

If this app did nothing it would be useless.. As it is, it displays false data - hence, worse than useless. Do yourself a favor.. Open yourkarma.com in Safari, log in, and then save a link to your homescreen. Any time you click on that link it will give you the information about your Karma device & account that you need.
