Controls Need Improvement

I have decades of playtime on this title. The controls are very slow to respond and "clunky". Very difficult to properly block and counter. Coders need to fix this. If you ignore me, you will get cancer. Fix it.
Retro 80s heaven!

This is the game that Van Damme plays in the movie Bloodsport. It's a perfect translation of the arcade. It's wonderful!!

consider having icade / jr support for this game - i had fond memories of playing the arcade cabinet when i was at summer camp, there weren't alot of cabinets there but karate champ was certainly played alot

Played once and lost the sound... What happened, no volume control in settings. Controls are hard. Fix sound problem!!

Thanks so much for recreating Karate Champ. I spent many a day in the arcade playing this classic. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the retro arcade controls. They are very sloppy , slow and inaccurate. Thus making playing this reproduction of my favorite very frustrating and costing some me some coin to boot.

Pleasepleasepleaseplease add a auto rotate for the iPhone. I love the game, but hard to play vertical. I don't care if it loses the arcade layout. Awesome game. Bought for the iphone and iPad.

Awesome, just like I remember. Only problem is the controls aren't nearly responsive enough.

A classic game from the eighties. Awesome gameplay just like the original arcade. Only the App Store would carry this since you cannot find it for the home gaming consoles
