Daily Challenges have Stopped updating again...

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE THIS GAME. In fact, I’ve made a couple of my own puzzles before finishing Journey Mode. Anyway, love the game, love the daily levels, love the online levels, but since the new “IPhone X” update, I can’t connect to the daily OR online levels. Please fix this devs, otherwise I legit can’t fin anything wrong with this game. Beautiful animation, but unplayable right now.

I adore the aesthetic of this game, it’s beautiful, simple, and fun. I also really enjoy the puzzle builder. My only annoyance is that all of the features/extras that connect outside of the game (challenge, daily, and explore) don’t work, they either time out or tell me to check my internet connection. My connection is fine, and I’ve tried reinstalling the app, but they still don’t work. I’m hoping this gets resolved in an update, but even if it doesn’t, it’s still a beautiful and engaging app.

But after the last update, it's unplayable on my iPhone 6. Challenges just freeze the game. Daily puzzles just try and try to load then give a reconnect message. The Explore section does nothing. So sad to lose this game!

Love this game, but ever since I updated my phone, it won’t work. Bummer cuz it’s really quite lovely otherwise.

Beautiful, but has connectivity issues

Good puzzle game. Haven’t been able to try any of the Daily puzzles for a few days now. Constant connection errors in the app although my phone is connected fine to cell and WiFi. It’s pretty disappointing as it was a nice change of pace. Some of the puzzles in the journey section make me want to quit playing in anger, but there is always a solution. Wish the Daily puzzle issues were fixed, that section of the app used to be fun. Hoping they resolve the bug soon, as it’s a 5 star app otherwise.

I love almost everything about this unique puzzle game except that it’s not uncommon for the developers to go days without adding a daily challenge. Also, recently, it won’t load and tells me to check for updates or check my internet connection. I have done both to no avail. Frustrating. I guess I’ll just keep trying. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars

What keeps happening with the connectivity????

Although this is my FAVORITE game, this game seems incredibly unstable. I’ve had issues with it connecting off and on for a year now. I’ve reset my phone, reset the app, and I have perfect connection in other apps. This last time, it literally stopped work in the middle of the game. Please fix this ASAP.

Won’t load daily challenges

For the last 3 days it won’t load the daily challenges. It says to check my internet connection or update & restart my phone. I’ve done all that & it’s still not working. Before this error I was really enjoying the game.
