This game is lots of fun, however I wish dances cost 50 coins rather than 100. 2 games isn’t enough for one day! Another issue I was having was with the latest update, all of my progress (levels, avatars, liked songs, etc) was deleted. I’m signed in on my same account with Game Center, but after the update it acted as if I was a “new dancer” so I was back to level 0 and lost everything.

I am very disappointed right now I went to update the app and I paid for it about two days ago and when I updated the app it went back to the non-VIP version there needs to be some type of set up system that uses an email address because it’s just linked to your phone I am very mad
The latest update erased all progress

The latest update erased all my progress and resets when I leave a dance room. The highly annoying thing is that I can’t get past that “your first dance” screen every time I try to log in, which means I do not get access to any options to try to fix it.
Fun game but flawed update

I’ve been playing for a a few months and got the monthly subscription. Honestly had fun and enjoyed using the app as a workout. Everything was fine until this recent update and now I’ve lost my game progress and as well as my VIP status even though Apple shows I still have an active subscription. When I click on VIP in the app it’s asking me to purchase another subscription even though I already have one. Luckily I was only paying month to month so a loss of a few dollars of not being able to play VIP won’t hurt my wallet but Ubisoft needs to fix this. People shouldn’t be losing VIP status that they already paid for just because the app got an update. I’ll still be playing though and can’t wait to see the songs from the update.

I had this app for about a month and had purchased VIP. Then it made me update the app and now all of a sudden it’s not recognizing me. I just wasted 6$.

I stared playing this game not to long ago and it’s a blast! Despite having to wait but when the game recently updated I lost all my progress and it’s actually upsetting cause it takes forever to go more coins and get the progress I made back.

We downloaded this app back in January 19-2021 we paid 6$ for the VIP access, we Iike the app even sometimes takes to long to load for a song, anyway today I could not get in they say it needs to be update so I did update and when I tried to get in the app again seems like I need to registered again and pay again? Is not even a month yet, can someone help us please??
