i was required to update the app yesterday and i lost all my progress. also it is acting like i didn’t purchase vip. i love this app and i need this bug fixed because it is quite inconvenient.

I love this app and I just downloaded it , however two days ago I decided to get the 1 year vip subscription and last night my whole account restarted. It took my money and when I went to check my subscriptions on my phone it says it is active but when I went to shut off the subscription it says it already was . So the app took my money as well as restarted my account. I’d like my money back as well as my account !!!! I was really enjoying this app until this happened ??I’d like to know how I can get my money as well as my account back ?!???!!!

I paid to have access for 1 year, and now my app won’t work. I try to open it and it just sits on the loading screen and never actually opens the app. It’s kind of upsetting.

I usually love this app and always dancing and having fun. But yesterday I updated and lost my data!!!! And membership!!! I don’t play with my money!! I hope they can fix the servers soon because I want to go back and dance!

My God, what is happening to this game, they erased ALL MY PROGRESS THAT I HAD SINCE LAST YEAR and to top it off I have to start all over again and it's a disaster, I can't change my avatar or my name because when I try it takes me out of game!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS, because I didn't pay a VIP package FOR ANYTHING !!!!
