PvP is broken

I just started playing again a month ago and I went from 2500 trophies to 1300 trophies this is because I can’t win a single match. Even though I dropped 1200 trophies I’m still fighting the same level dinosaurs with crazy stat boosts all my dinosaurs are about level 13 and all opponents are level 15-17 the matchmaking in this game is broken witch makes me sad please fix it.

The sanctuary is acting weird like I can put Dino’s IN it and when I go to my list of Dino’s it shows that they are in there, but if I click the sanctuary it says it empty and when I enter I can’t see them. Help! Update?
Great, fun, micro transactions optional

I’m loving the game, and I’m glad to see that you can do it entirely without buying in. That being said, I do feel like the value you get from micro transactions is just a tiny bit lacking.

The game is super entertaining and I’m sure it’s one of the apps I use the most often. The gameplay is far superior to the Pokemon and Harry Potter apps that have very similar play styles. It seems well balanced and it keeps me coming back for more. It’s dynamic and fun. There is one huge issue though, and that’s the glitching / app failure during player vs player battles. Every single day without missing a beat, the game fails multiple times during live battles. These battles earn you trophies and prizes and things, and if the game stops working, you will lose / rank down / not collect your earnings (which is frustrating). There have been several times where I’m winning a battle and mid way though, it freezes up and is 100% unplayable. I’ll even shut down the app entirely and get back in and it’s still effed up. I do work through the issue and it only really happens during these player vs player battles. I’m able to get over it, but it really would be the perfect mobile game in my eyes if these glitches and game freezes would come to an end.
Matchmaking makes this unplayable.

Completely unplayable with the current matchmaking system. Want to do PvP with people who have average dino levels 2-3 above yours and have boosted them 1-3 tiers above yours? This is the game for you. If you’re looking for anything resembling a balanced PvP system, go literally anywhere else. Fight a train unarmed, it’s a fairer fight.

I wish this game did not have boosters. There should be a max. People have become to powerful and it’s really hard to get incubators and points when I do my battles. Can u please remove them? Please don’t miss this request and ignore it. To bad I can’t put no stars. This game has gotten very hard and worse. I have one request... please stop the boosters they make people too powerful fast and impossible to beat! How would u like it if someone had a dinosaur and maxed it above a hundred and you didnt get a chance to remove some health. That’s how I feel right now :(.

Although I like this game they are not supported by Game Center nor do they have a way to sign up without Facebook other than playing as a guest. Personally I think they should have better support. The game went on the Frits for me so uninstalled and reinstalled it as a normal thing you would do to fix an app. However I lost all my purchases and saved game data after contacting Ludia about it they found my info and offered to overwrite the current version of it that was for days ago after contacting app support they basically told there is nothing they can do which I find disturbing. If you offer an app you and no support than why have the app in the first place let alone let users spend money on it especially if you can only play as a guest. It’s just wrong. Now I’m losing out on alliance benefits and all my efforts in collection and money spent.
