Hello, I’m a part time driver of Juno. On my app I don’t have the set destination and also the performance. I use a iPhone X and my Juno driver app version is 1.0.1 Hopefully I can find a good response to help me. Cordially stephane

There is no fair dispatch system for LUX AND SUV jobs. Those big jobs are being sold and stolen for people who are friends and relatives with JUNO employees. Since this is owned by GETT now. Thats what was going on in Gett now its a big part playing in JUNO. Other than that Its ok.
Bad riders,short trips,slow business

80% juno riders so rude driver cannot give rate only short rides and juno riders eat in car food if you go to airport with uber or lyft you can take new rider after drop off with juno never and you cannot use distanation filter rush hour time after rush hour time you don’t need use juno filter...

I was driving for juno almost 2 years I have 4.89 rating almost a lot of trips this year juno update app for destination mode I always get get problems faith this update because when ever I put destination I was getting opposite directions trips request and I declined those trips then I try to get help from costumer service they deactivated my account and never help me even that was their fault I always give passengers good ride experience but I don’t get respect from juno in 1 sec they deactivated my account I miss gett app

Juno drivers service good . They reply quickly. But Please bring rating system for riders. It’s very important for top rated drivers. Like I drive premium vehicle and I don’t want to pick less rated riders. Nobody wants to pick rude and less rated riders.
