You can rate driver as low as u want,use abusive language to them,they won’t able to affect your rating,JUNO rider always 5 star.who ever get very low uber rating pls start take ride with Juno,& do what ever u want,u will always 5 star,even if u vomit?,you won’t get charge for cleaning fees,JUNO will tell their driver it’s a accident. Nice ?driver only do ?or ? , it won’t affect us . Lol

Whenever I’m in a car, I’ve asked the driver if they drive for multiple companies (and they always do) and then I ask which is their favorite company to drive for and they say Juno by a mile. By using Juno, I always get cars faster than my Uber and Lyft friends — also the cars and drivers tend to be better at no added cost, because drivers prefer to take rides from the Juno app that the others because Juno treats them better. Everyone wins!
