It gets the job done in terms of picking you up and dropping you off but come on,Getting you from point A to point B has NEVER been so expensive and time consuming. $80 to get you from Queens to Brooklyn seems like robbery to me considering that it used to cost $30-40. Not worth it. Take the train

When I checked on the app the price it said 16$ and with discount 15$, at the end I was charged 22$. If I knew I would use Lyft instead of Juno. I thought it’s cheaper than Lyft but in reality it’s just a trick to make you use their service and at the end they charge you double. Don’t be tricked by their pirate like business practice. Deleting and never using this again.

5 stars for it’s Customer Service line. Typically a company’s weakest asset, it’s by far Juno’s strength. Pickup is usually a longer wait than like apps, and the driver switch-off is a constant (pushing waiting times longer). Also, drivers pick up a fare and dont drive towards you at alllll. And texts get no response. Calls go to voicemail. BUT, customer service is A1 in terms of getting ahold of the driver or awarding credits.

The Juno app works well. But for some reason my home address always leads drivers to the back of my building. I've contacted Juno customer service about it but they couldn't correct the problem. This happens with Lyft too, so I suppose it's a problem with Google Maps or something.

I’m so over this application as a whole. On two occasions I was given an upfront price & charged twice the amount by the time the ride was over. The first time, I was compensated by getting refunded the difference of the original price. Just today I was given an upfront of the 39.00 just be just charged 52.00. I’ve sent Juno two emails & have yet to receive a response. This is ridiculous ! If I could give no stars, definitely would. Smh

There isn’t enough room for me to write how much I enjoy the app. Great customer service, live people, good drivers , over all 5 Star experience!! I hope they continue to crush the competition. Nyc is a Juno-town.

I was horrified that there is no way to call for help with this app much less a way that leave negativity feedback. This is marketed as an alternative to Uber but it is just as bad as Uber.
