The payment feature does not work on my iPhone, I ensured that I have the latest version, I contacted the support twice, they just closed my incident without receiving my feedback. The application is useless for me.

This is my second review on this app and it's been over a year since my first. A lot HAS NOT changed. This app has a lot of promising features and actually worked for the first few months but has become absolutely terrible with the current version. Checkout process takes forever and ever. Login is insanely buggy. Anyone looking to use Jumia One should just use the web platform. Way better than the app.

I’m trying to download this app for my iPhone and it’s downloading but not working anything I can do
