Poor payment issue

I give it one star because of the poor payment issue ,you can’t make bank transfer to pay your use your card I am disappointed because I introduced so many people to the app and they keep calling me back like I am the Customer care while I am also facing same issue

I gave it 3 stars cus at first the app was good someone cannot use visa or MasterCard for three times after you’ve use it for three times the option will no longer be available it will only be verve pls fix this issue
PAYMENT PROBLEMS.

This app needs a major update. It’s been good the whole year but just these few months it’s very bad. I have been using only one mobile number for purchase and recently I make purchase and the feedback is your bank has rejected the transaction. I have never paid with any bank I always use my MTN mobile money. So what’s wrong?
