Disappointing customer service

We were really excited about this app/service. Unfortunately our babysitter no showed and (1) we didn’t get any communication from juggle after the fact, and (2) didn’t have the option to leave a review indicating she didn’t show up and instead the app recorded a last 24 hr cancellation. When we hired her we saw that in one of her reviews she had a 1 star for last 24 hr cancellation, and now I’m wondering if she no showed for them too but it just wasn’t reported.

This app was amazing until they updated it! Now it constantly crashes. It takes me 7+ attempts to leave a review! It’s ridiculous, fix the bugs.
Wait a week for further instructions to get a code

I guess people usually wait but I thought I would start today. They want me to go to a link and fill out an application on said link then wait a week for instructions to obtain an approval code.
Love Juggle but a few bugs

I absolutely love Juggle and have met wonderful sitters through the app. The prices are very reasonable as well. My only issue is that I don’t consistently get notifications that I have new messages and sitters have told me the same thing. This can make it impossible to book someone. I’ve gotten responses days, weeks, even months after sending messages and that just doesn’t work for time critical situations. The local app manager has gone out of her way to help but I emailed tech support and didn’t get any assistance. They just said they didn’t know what was wrong. Also, applications for bookings expire so fast. I often get a reply and then want to discuss more details with the sitter and before I can do that, their application expires! Especially when they are not getting my messages - then I can’t possible finalize things within 24 hours. Again, love Juggle so much - sitters are great, payments are so easy - but these issues make it really hard to rely on Juggle for all of my sitting needs.

I absolutely love the app. I have met many wonderful families through it and built lasting connections with them. The only bad thing I have experienced with the app is that it glitches me out every time I go to review someone after the sit and it takes forever to load sometimes.

It glitches a little but its a great way to pick up a job and make some quick cash. At least $10/hr and families can tip you too!
REMOVE THE FACEBOOK REQUIREMENT

Ridiculous to make users link to their Facebook account. Many people do not use Facebook due to it’s invasive nature. That requirement alone is a problem.
