It’s a decent app. There are not that many Jews so obviously you run out of people to swipe on soon but it’s a good app

App crashes ALL OF THE TIME

Every time i open the app it crashes. I have a new iPhone and up to date software and apps...this shouldn’t be happening

I have a few gripes with this app 1) it’s so glitchy. so many little glitches. 2) when I first make an account I get a lot of exposure but as time goes on it clearly fades. There isn’t consistency. I tested this hypothesis and I think it’s true. Of course only the developers really know how their algorithm works. But I know if I want more matches all I have to do is delete my account and remake it and voila. Please fix these problems!

Cannot filter

It is absolutely ridiculous that there is no requirement to share your height and no ability to filter for height. I’m not sure if the idea is to teach me that the love of my life could actually be shorter than me and I just don’t know it... but I’d like the option to filter them out anyways and risk my future happiness.

The app is lagging and when I get a new message for some reason I can’t open it. I restarted my phone and everything and still doesn’t open and when I message some one l, only after I sent the message I see they messaged me before that..

Great if long-distance is your goal

No local matches at all using current location. I logged out and adjusted filters and still zero. Only matches were hundreds of miles away which makes a glass of wine impossible without a plane ticket. The one person I started chatting with turned out to be a fraud with multiple profiles using the same photos/different name which tells me JSwipe is not protecting their users from scammers/catfishers. Very troubling and I requested a refund. Doubt I’ll get it but we’ll see

I have swiped on the same people several times without the app refreshing to give me new users. Instead of “running out” of people, the cycle just restarts. I haven’t seen new faces in weeks. This has been an ongoing issue for a while. The free features are so basic; it seems like for a worthwhile experience you have to shell out cash. Of course when you pay something you get more but you shouldn’t get nothing by paying nothing, especially when it’s a free app. JSwipe used to be my favorite app but you can filter by religion on Bumble and Hinge too so really what’s the point?

Site full of fake profiles!

JSwipe is full of fake profiles! All have basically the same paragraph, and all are coincidentally about 7,880 miles away, although claiming to be in the US. Worst $25 I’ve ever spent. If I could give this a zero star rating, I would!

I am inclined to say that this app is phenomenal. The only thing they could improve on is marketing/advertising to get as many Jewish descendants on there as possible! Overall, very pleased to see all of the beautiful Jewish women on the app. Please keep up the great work!!!
