Never Really Good and Getting Worse

Milwaukee Born & Raised

I too, downloaded this app because the hard copy deliveries were too unreliable. The App worked OK for a while on an IPad Pro, but then the app would only open to a dark gray screen and lock there. Restarting the Ipad allowed the app to work, but only for a week or so. So I deleted the app and downloaded it from the App Store again. The new one opens most times, but navigation is inoperative. I love the access to local news, and the staff reporters and the investigative reports are excellent, but this app has to get better of it’s gotta go.

Awful app

NorthernPalms

Error-prone downloads. Needs to re-download content frequently. Does not stay logged in. Awkward to navigate and read news stories. We expect so much more than this.

Badger Xtra never works properly

sceiring

If I call or write an email asking for help, the only response I get is someone will call back within 24 hours except no one calls me back.

Badly managed app

I’ve read the Journal Sentinel digitally for years. Problems with the app are COMMON! Right now it says I’m offline when I’m not. They’re customer service is terrible. All they want to do is collect more money.

Just won’t work.

This app needs serious improvement! It won’t open and knocks the WiFi connection to off. Reconnected the app just won’t work. I cannot give it 1 star. It’s a dud.

Terrible app

Kozette2360

Hasn’t opened now in two days. Crashes a lot when it has opened in the past. Can’t seem to find WiFi signal although every other app has no problem.

Won’t Connect

Apprehended

This app stopped connecting to internet. Delete/re-download does fix it.

Difficult

milw-mike

Not a good app. Frequently have to re-log in. Last two days we have no access at all. Have reloaded the app multiple times w/o any change.

Don’t bother

You would think that a newspaper in 2020, with shrinking print customers, would put a premium on their electronic version. In Milwaukee, you would be wrong. The “modern” but now obsolete typewriter (fun fact) was invented in Wisconsin, ‘cept nobody told the newspaper. USA Today - - - HELP!
