I have not been able to log onto the app after dozen unsuccessful attempts and with customer service help.

Between numerous crashes and failures to open, this app is terrible. How difficult can it be, to be able to read my morning paper on my tablet? Fix it!!!
No link to second part of an article

I liked this app before the latest upgrade. Now I can't easily get to the second part of articles continued on later pages. The app is kind of useless without that feature.

Gets worse and more difficult to use with each passing day. Never consistent. One day I can use it, the next day I can't even though no account, password, subscriber, etc. information has changed.

This is just the newspaper. Perfect. $5 a month beats $1 per issue. Not interactive. If you want that, there is a different app. Been using it for years without problems except they're slow to update after iOS update

This app ruins my day way too many times. Constant issues with loading the paper. I click on the “App Support” and I get taken to the North Jersey newspaper??

Terrible app. Doesn’t load, crashes when using. Not a big loss though, they print limited coverage on news and very, very bias news groups. Save time and money and don’t subscribe to this pathetic mess of a newspaper. Gannet is for sale anyway should be out of business soon
