It’s a very basic fitness app, you really can get all this information elsewhere, like google, the app is nothing spectacular, not worth taking up the storage on my phone. It’s definitely not tailored to each individual. I am now deleting this app after 100% confirmation that the guy in this app Josh is a woman abuser and hurts his own animals. This is not a guy I want anything from. He has abused multiple woman.

You shouldn’t have to pay for any of this crap, you can seriously find it online for free - from better sources. It is seriously a rip-off; he is taking advantage of people’s willingness to follow him. He is not a “lion” as he preaches though - he is a liar and a woman abuser. He uses his “service” deeds as a means of self-vindication, and quite honestly, he is extremely conceited and money hungry.
