Josh Hopkins App

I have used a lot of apps for exercise but this is by far the best! Josh not only explains in writing each step but also includes a video of him doing the exercise.

Great app if you wanna master beating women

r_rated

Everything in the app can be found through Google or YouTube. But if you want to learn how to beat up defenseless women and get away with it then maybe worth a download.

Very accessible at the gym

Love the app, great content and easy to use! Thanks Josh!!!

Great App, Easy To Use

His personal life has nothing to do with this app. It’s so silly y’all are writing reviews on this app based off hearsay. Let’s be real y’all it’s probably a bitter ex writing these personal issues. Who else would care? I love the app, I love his motivation, I love that it’s easy to use. Perfect app when your ready to put your all in and do work.

This app is LEGIT!

MamaTune24

On the real I bought this app (along with MANY others) knowing that I more than likely wouldn’t use it. Fitness apps come a dime a dozen and are always so complicated. This app is sooo easy to follow and is way more organized than any other fitness app I’ve used. It’s super user friendly, and that’s what I LOVE about it.

Cookie cutter

Cookie cutter nonsense workouts. Don’t waste your time or money just go online and find it for free. Total scam.

Best thing I’ve purchased all year

PolarBearr

This app is fantastic! I fell way out of shape when I broke my back, but l decided it’s time to get fit again! This app has great exercises for all parts of your body, videos to show you exercises you’re unfamiliar with, and routines to do at the gym and at home. I absolutely love it! Definitely worth the money!

Workouts

I truly enjoy the app and feel it has a lot to offer to a variety of people. I do think that one improvement that could be made is to split up the exercises by body part. I.e. Back, chest, legs I think this would be more beneficial for someone going to the gym in back day to find a new exercise to try. There are some really nice and interesting ones on the app just wish it was broken out. All in all a great app that has potential to help a ton of people! Keep at it JHOP!
