Logging in with my work email does not connect me to my work team or project. The email I used is the same login that I use for the web application. I’m stuck in some loop of a team that I have never been part of. If I want to get out of the team I have to delete my account. This would be possible if it didn’t block me for 14 days and could potentially affect my web login and cause even more problems.

Compared with other ticket systems Jira has a lot to improve.

Surprised at how well it integrates with the Jira platform. I would give it five stars except there’s a bug with watching videos that are embedded in a card. Everything else is great!
