It is a major inconvenience that I can’t select/copy arbitrary texts from comments.
Only for notifications
fast, cheap, and out of control
This is a reasonable app to let you know about new tickets or items assigned to you. It doesn’t have any obvious support for managing a queue of tickets, a scrum, or a team of developers. Surprisingly limited.

Pretty great way to have Jira in your pocket. Pretty smooth interface. I had a bit of trouble finding my boards initially but after that, I was able to figure everything out.
I wish JIRA Web was like iOS mobile app

The app is amazing! For routine developers’ life it’s so much better and much more convenient than the web app! - faster! Like MUCH FASTER - simpler - better UX, simple filtering, easy to track changes and updates - nice 3D touch I wish there was a version of web app with the same speed and the same simple UX Sometimes I open mobile app to check for updates sitting next to my computer with Jira already opened in browser. Good job mobile team!
No support for self hosted Jira?

Meh. Useless to private Jira users. Great for the few accounts I have that are on cloud. @Atlassian, why no love for those us us who pay thousands of $$ on your private versions?

I open it while From my phone while in meetings to verify issue information. It is very helpful. It provides specific information in an instant. I use it more for information than working in it, with minor exception.

Developers, you are amazing! Thank you very much for what you’ve done already, there a lot of work need to be done, but you are already have made my PM live easier. So convenient to create tasks during meetings and assign them simultaneously. Or create tickets while you have no access to the laptop. Great job! Thank you again!
