I love the puzzle but so many times I get the same puzzle. I wish there was a different one each day.
Charged for premium but not received

I’ve been playing this app for a while so recently when it popped up asking if I wanted to pay for premium and remove ads I agreed. Got charged $3.99 but nothing changed. Still has ads and still keeps asking me if I want to upgrade to premium. I’ve tried restoring purchases, that didn't work. I’ve sent two emails but had no reply!

I love the complexity of the puzzles and they are as hard or as easy as you want them to be.

Great app but having problems with moving puzzle pieces and app keeps closing I have to Reopen app.

You now have to log into your Facebook account to get any new puzzles or free packs. I’m not on facebook!! I’m not liking this at all!! Why has this changed. You used to have the choice of not logging on but now that’s not an option. Please change it back.

Enjoy the app, especially the puzzle of the day. One suggestion: allow a lighter background. Many of the puzzles are darker colors, and I have the background set to the lightest possible, but it’s still too dark! I sent you an email, but only got back several more emails telling me to send an email to get a special pack. No pack yet! Also, I have sound settings set very low, but the ads blare. Please set them to same sound level as game!
