Charged for premium but not received – Jigsaw Puzzles for Adults HD Review

I’ve been playing this app for a while so recently when it popped up asking if I wanted to pay for premium and remove ads I agreed. Got charged $3.99 but nothing changed. Still has ads and still keeps asking me if I want to upgrade to premium. I’ve tried restoring purchases, that didn't work. I’ve sent two emails but had no reply!
