App is useless unless you have a membership

Unless you spend $2.99 every month, this app is completely useless. I went through several of the E-cards and wasn’t able to find a single one that wasn’t “membership exclusive.” Deleted the app almost immediately.

I had a subscription a bit back and had no problems. I paid again but every time I try to finish a video it sends me to join up again. I reached out to customer service several times for help or a refund but it’s a joke.

After I purchased it, it won’t let me send anything. Keeps sending me back to buy.. I’ve already paid!!!!
Subscription issues

I logged in with my Apple account and tried to set up a monthly subscription. It keeps telling me the account I used to subscribe is not the account I’m logged in with. So frustrating! So I cancelled my subscription and I guess it’s just $2.99 down the drain.

Valid subscriber - can’t download anything

I was a happy customer, until today. I have a valid subscription but I keep getting error messages about my “email address not being the same as the one I used”. I did use the same email address. …. I created a new paid account with a new email address, now I’m getting messages about not being able to load my pictures and app just closes itself Nice!
