Not letting me make videos

I signed up for a membership and made the purchase but the app is still not letting me make the videos.

Can’t post music videos

Facebook deletes the music videos immediately because of copyright on the songs JibJab provides which is really annoying. Why offer it if it is not allowed to be used. I love JibJab but I’m scared to used for fear of getting banned from Facebook for copyright infringement. So what exactly am I paying for ? A few e-cards and GIF’s ? JibJab should pay the artist for use of their songs which would allow users of the app to download videos to Facebook. I really feel I’m being ripped off and I’m not happy about it either!!!!! ??
Fun, but not family centric

Purchased the app to have fun with our kids. Could not find enough choices that were appropriate for kids under 8.

There are almost no black or dark bodies in the video clips. You almost always have a black face on a white body. When are you adding more of a variety? This app has been out for years. I’m a subscriber.
Broken app with zero support

This all no longer works on my iPhone. I’ve repeatedly asked for help from the developer on Twitter and through the app to no avail. It logs me into a new account which isn’t me. I avoid the yearly fee and will now contact Apple to get a refund.
