One of my favorite things about the jewel app is the ability to view next week ad. Since the new update you can no longer view the next week ad. Can you please bring it back??!

In the new app version, the weekly add is a list of all items on sale. I preferred it when it was a PDF-like version of the paper ad. The list of all items on sale in the store makes it difficult to see what I need. Not an improvement in my opinion.
Where did gas rewards go?

That was my main reason for using the app because I do most of my shopping at Jewel and now the gas rewards never show up. I get three 0’s and I’ve already tried deleting and re-downloading the app.
Last update, 4/2018, killed it

Didn’t have very many problems with app until the last update 4/2018. Now I no longer get emails with MyMix offers and the coupons never work at checkout. Assumed it was a limited problem but must everyone I asked has the same issues with the coupons. Don’t you test the app before they are released??

I hate the new app’s! Placing an order is more work than going yourself. I don’t know how it has a 4.5 rating. I’ve blown off 2 $10 off offers.
Bring back print view of Ad

After the most recent update, there is no longer a way to view the print version of the weekly ad. I enjoyed the print version because it resembled the store version. Now I have to scroll through everything vs doing a quick scan. Please make both options available.
Why Fix It When It Ain’t Broke???

This app was just about perfect before their latest upgrade. Not only can’t you see the actual brochures on their app (like you used to be able to), but you can’t even pick which one you want to look at. I don’t want to scroll thru lists and lists of products of every single item in the brochure. It was so much easier to see the actual brochure, and tap the picture of what I want to add to my grocery list. And if I didn’t want to do that, each page had a scroll down list of the items only from that page. AND, when I go to their website on my computer, thankfully you can still see the actual sales brochure (like you get in the mail) AND pick which brochure you want to look at. (3 day sale, this week’s sales and next week’s sales the day before it goes into effect) HOWEVER, when the grocery list syncs to my phone, just the name of the item shows up (on my phone). Not the picture or the price!!!! What good is that??? (Yes, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times). To recap: If I want to see the pics & prices on my phone grocery list, There is no brochure to look at on my phone, just scroll thru lists and lists of items. If I want to see the actual brochureS and pick from the pics I have to go on my computer; then I get a brief desc, no pic, no prices on my grocery list on my phone. Come on guys, get your act together. Go back to the 5 Star way it was.

Even if you have many MANY hours to kill, I still doubt you’d decide to waste them plodding thru this nonsense searching for what actually is of interest to you.

Before this most recent update you could actually see the ad. Now you have to scroll through every category just to see what is on sale. They don’t even have the ad posted to view.
