The new update ruined the app

The app was great before the changes. Now it’s super hard to find the free items. I had to go off the email because I couldn’t find them by just searching the coupons. It’s also a frustrating way to look at the items on sale. It doesn’t show a page view of the ad anymore and lists the items by category. I wish you didn’t change the app

After the recent update to this app, my gas rewards are missing (I know I have at least 2, but it shows I have 0.) Also, I cannot figure out how to log out/log back in. I wish there was still a link to the flyer version of the weekly ad, as I find that easier to look at.

I hate the new update. The way you view the ad is confusing. Looks like your viewing coupons instead of the Ad. Bring back the way you view the ad. I like looking at the 3 and 4 day sales

Where’s the weekly sale ad?

I use the Jewel app to view the weekly sale ad. Before the update I could view the paper version of the sales, but after the update it’s no longer viewable. Please add the paper version back to the app!!!

Updated my Jewel app and lost all my gas rewards info! Should have had at least 1 reward that did not expire last month rollover. Also my most recent receipt does not show up at all so no gas rewards for that either! Please get this fixed ASAP!

No weekly sales ad

We can no longer view the weekly sales ad. That made it so much easier to shop when you can see all the items in one spot. The new view and functionality is horrible.

I’m disappointed that they did away from the actual picture of the weekly ad. Sure you can browse through the categories, but then you have to start at the very beginning if you want details on a specific item. And maybe I’m not looking in the right place,but the only way to find the 1, 2, or 3-day Sales is to look at the sale expiration date. I will continue to shop at jewel for the deals, but I’m pretty much done with the new app.

App support form and myMixx coupon didn’t work

Just used the new app today. MyMixx coupon saved to account didn’t apply at checkout for qualifying purchase. Also app support form won’t accept feedback. Don’t bother surveying your stores if you’re not allowing feedback on your digital interface.

Why fix something that isn’t broken

Mymixx is annoying now. All items used to have a category like beverages, grocery, personal and etc. now you have to go through all of them and it’s stupid now. Please just fix it. It was fine the way it was before.
