Would be better if you could type in the item/brand you are searching for when you’re buying something specific.

I have tried several times since this was introduced to open the app. It will not allow me in. I asked to change my password and the link to change passwords doesn’t even work. Honestly I don’t think Jewel really wants this to work or they would have fixed it a long time ago. I’ll use one of the 5 other stores in my area.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever encountered. I don’t know the first thing about creating apps, but I’m fairly confident I could do better. Difficult to use, outdated, and poorly designed. Not worth using. Deserves zero stars.

I have had two successful services prior. It was convenient, cost effective, and easy. However, this 3rd attempt was a disappointment. After signing in I reserved my delivery time. I then went through my list and carefully selected my items. I stepped away from my phone for no more than 10 minutes to help my daughter with something. Though my cart was still full, at the top of the screen I was being prompted to pick a delivery time. I quickly tried to re-select the time I had chosen. Of course every option for the entire day was taken. I was very frustrated, as my daughter has the flu and I did not want to leave my home today. Needless to say, don’t count on the site holding your delivery time for 2 hours. It’s more like 30 minutes.

I am solidarity in shopping in my neighborhood Jewel Store, and I have my shell gas card registered so when I shop at jewel and get shell points, someone definitely is getting all those point because that person definitely is not me!!!!! I have registered so many times that I have lost count thinking maybe I have done something wrong but I requested assistance with Jewel manager and register still once more and it never recognized my email and password. Conclusion......... will stop using and shopping at these both places Jewels and Shell. So unfortunate,

The ability to search for coupons by a keyword would do wonders. I’d rather not have to scroll through all the coupons with hopes to find one I would use.

Not enough savings on actual food

The idea of this app is good, I wish it was easier to use, it should have a scan option so you can scan a product and see if they have any coupons for it, also there really isn’t enough savings on actual food items, it’s a lot of non grocery products and honestly I shop at jewel for food. Prices are outrageous everywhere it would be nice to feel like I’ve saved some money after using my mix, like how I used to feel after using the jewel card. Wish they would just bring that back.

All this app does is to keep hounding the user to accept some pointless “special offer.” The “special” part is limited to contrived ways to get their hand in the user’s wallet or purse. I’ll stick to Amazon Fresh.
