Coupons don’t get applied, and not enough grocery items

I religiously use the app and one of the problems I have is the coupons don’t get applied to my purchases at the store. This is frustrating because there are items I am only buying because of the app. Also, I don’t feel that the grocery items change much from week to week. I’d like to see more coupons.

This store is failing miserably with service, staff attitude, speed of check out and especially the deli. More time cutting ladies and less time talking!!! Store managers no better, short with you and sloppily dressed.

This is useless. In the past all I had to do was scan the bar code on a RX. Now I have to jump through hoops to set up an RX and still couldn’t get it ordered. This stinks. Just call the pharmacy it’s so much easier.

App is not very shopper friendly

It takes to long to scroll through to check if there are coupons for items I’m going to purchase. A scan option or a search option would be helpful and make for a more enjoyable app experience.

My biggest complaint about this app is that I don’t see a search option so you can quickly find coupons!

Coupon clipping works pretty well

I’d like to see better filtering on the coupons. I notice even if I filter out feminine products, the coupons still come up. And no matter how many times you show them to me you won’t convince me that I need them ?

I want to the Jewel Store to pick up packages of boneless chicken breasts. I walked around the meat department and there were not any packages on the sales floor. I asked a clerk in the meat department where the advertised product was at and she walked around the department and could not locate the packages of chicken breasts. She walked in the back room and returned and said “I guess we are out” but you can go up front and get a rain check. That would be fine if I lived closer to the store. Bottom line don’t advertise a product just to lure a customer to the store. A customers future shopping experience and where they decide to shop is determined by past experiences. I was being kind giving you three stars.
