Watch a video, get no extra moves

I don’t know what you guys did but I also am not getting the three extra moves for watching a video before each game. Too many other players are experiencing the same issue so it is something you developers did that is screwing up the game. Please fix it.

I was loving your app but since the last update, it doesn’t work as it did before. For example, I tap the Watch Ads to get a few more moves and nothing happens. It’s frustrating. Please put it back the way it was.

Edited Everything stated below was fixed and worked perfectly but only for about 12 hours. Now you watch videos but get no extra moves and the game is freezing up. Please fix this game-put it back the way it used to be! I have been playing this game happily on my iPad Air2 for many months and beginning today on level 940 I can no longer watch videos for anything-extra moves, coins, etc. Why is this happening?

Your 3 xtra moves isn’t working again. Even if I watch the video I don’t get the message or that says tap for 3 xtra moves & of course I’m not getting the extra moves. It’s 3 days later & I still can’t get my xtra 3 moves for watching the ad. Your game is CHEATING!

This game has been freezing up repeatedly and when you turn it back on the reward you were supposed to get has disappeared. Need update. Used to be my favorite game. Very disappointed ?

Every time an update comes along a new problem arises, it continuously freezes after an ad, like the game but may delete it due to the multiple amount of complications.

I played this a lot but now I’m uninstalling. I try to watch the ads for the daily points and my screen is just black. Yesterday I played and it kept crashing. I had to look at messages and I went back to it and the whole game restarted.

No more fun after 1500. I played this game everyday. Loved playing it but I am retired and income is low. I will delete it now because it is not for people without money. Yes, the advertisements are to LONG.
