Fun game but I’m not getting what I paid for

I paid for the no-ad version but still receive ads between games and when I start the app. I don’t mind the ads when I ask for them (for three extra moves) but I’m getting them all the time.
Great fun until level 73
Suzzion
I play on my iPhone and have loved this game BUT got to level 73 and a bug won’t get me past it. No obvious way to contact any technical support. Very disappointing.
