Easy to read. Easy to navigate. Easy to access and re-access boarding pass and related information. For this 55 y/o the text is easy to read, the icons make sense and I'm able to accomplish everything I need to do without an IT degree. Well done.

I don't travel on JetBlue often and as a result I don't have my credentials on the tip of my tongue. So I figured signing into the app was going to be a major annoyance. Lo and behold, it remembered me when I opened the app and did not prompt me to login to check in (which feels decidedly less secure than, say, American but also just so much easier). My trip wasn't linked with my True Blue account. It took ten seconds to add it in via confirmation number and last name. And I was also able to add my TSA pre check credentials right from the check in screen. All around, just way more straightforward than a lot of other apps. But I am docking one point for beauty and the fact that I don't know how versatile it is beyond check in. But, really, isn't that the most important part anyway? Solid app.
Needs to be optimized for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus

Kind of a bummer is isn't optimized. Looks large and blurry. Information great tho.
Missed a flight

I got to the airport 3 hours early and managed to miss my flight. After dinner I went to the gay that showed on the app. Sat there for 45 minutes with people who I thought were on my flight. Yea they weren't and my gate was changed but the app never updated. Missed my flight and had to reschedule.
