Ordered 2 items. One came the other did not. I called and the re-ordered the item. It was cancelled by Jet a few days later due to low inventory. You should not advertise items you cannot fulfill. I am headed back to reliable online suppliers. Let me know when you have your issues worked out

So completely easy! One suggestion...? An item became unavailable and it didn’t pop up to tell me so until checkout, and then there was no option to go back and look for an alternative.

I have not had any problems so far with this. I've made two purchases and have saved money in the process, I have found items on her that are way cheaper then going to the mall or the actual store it self and purchasing the item. So far I'm happy.

So convenient just order and things are on the way ... have not run into any problems with my orders... sometimes can't go outside due to weather and I just place my order don't have to worry about it... thumbs up LIKEE a lot

Customer service not up to Amazon standards

I initially gave this service 5 stars as a way of using an alternative to Amazon and getting better prices for oddball items. However, when something goes wrong, such as you package being sent to an incorrect address by a third party, Jet has no clue how to deal with their customers in a timely manner. From now on, as much as it hurts, I will use Amazon. I will not use Jet again. Amazon really is customer centric. Jet is not.

They’re good but a little confusing

I downloaded Jet about a week ago, and have made four purchases. The Application is easy to use, but can be a little confusing when it comes to what you’re actually going to pay for the product. My only other real complaint is that orders cannot be bundled together and shipped at once. Overall I have been enjoying my Jet experience.

For the most part app works ok. Periodically my items would disappear from my cart or I had to login multiple times. 50/50 with prices being lower than other places like amazon

I shop online from many sites but Jet is my ultimate favorite and my first go to now for everything! I shop for groceries, pet products & gifts! The app is so easy to navigate and saves my order history for quick overlook and reorder. Great prices and many products come from Sams and Costco. Why would you pay for a membership if you only buy a few bulk items, like I do. Shipping is fast and I truly must say a big thank you to Jet for packing all my purchases with such care that nothing has ever been received broken! (Jam, jellies, etc...)
