It’s world class, for sure. Offers several discounts over competitors.... at the moment, of course. But for now, it’s my first choice in mail order.
Worse than Everything!

Almost all my shopping is done online (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, etc...). This is the worst app. in cyberspace. Four hours and I cannot buy anything. Freezes up, locks screen, one glitch after another. It has been so long that I have forgotten what is in my cart. Walmart money isn’t buying good programming. On second thought, this is the best money-saving app. If you cannot purchase, then you don’t buy worthless crap. Thank goodness for Amazon.

Apple Pay not working

Have loved the app up until this update. When I try checking out with Apple Pay I receive an error that “Apple Pay is not available in Jet” and to check the settings that Apple Pay is available in the app. Very frustrating as Apple Pay is one of the big reasons I have preferred this app.

Good but search is lacking

Really like jet. Customer service is great. However the apps search function isn’t that good. Items will come up sometimes in search and other times not. Or similar items with the same wording won’t show up, but will show up on the recommendations which makes it a little hard to price compare all their products. Search results and how the results are displayed are not that user friendly. Also descriptions for item can be petty vague as well. i.e. ingredients not listed for many foods, shampoos, or pet products. So if that is something. You care about, many times will have to do research on other sites to get ingredient lists. Other wise jet is another good online retailer which i like to shop with.

Website is easy to use. Good prices. Free shipping over only $35! Discount given for paying with debit card. Discount given for opting out of free return. And even greater discount if you do both! Love this site. Will use it frequently.
