Horrible and amateur

Who developed this app? So amateurish. Horrible interface. Even Air India has a better (in fact FAR BETTER) interface than Jet. Obnoxious. Web check in hardly works. Booking a ticket from this app is at your own risk. You risk losing the money since the credit card payment gateway keeps rotating with no result and leading to failed transaction.

Almost every app I know has updated graphics for bigger screen and you are still sporting the low resolution UI as if it's 2012. Not to speak of the general unfriendliness of the UI design. This is one of the worst travel apps I am forced to use (and avoid mostly) because I fly Jet airways often. I love Jet airways' professional service, but this mediocrity is just shocking. Probably not the right time to praise United, but that's the other airline I fly frequently on. Check their app.
