Make Check-in and booking management easier

The app is ok overall. Don't understand why I have to manually put my name, destination and PNR to check-in or to manage a booking. This should be seamless if one is already logged into the app.
Horrible. Slow.

It keeps telling me I'm not a jet privilege member when I am one. And the app is so slow I can cook a meal, eat it and it still doesn't do the job.

The previous version was so great I had no reasons to take another airline. It was easy, comfortable and most importantly fast. This version is such a disaster and I think Jetairways will want a good cover up for this. Sooner the better.

Anything you want to do in the app takes a lot of time. I'm still trying without success to add my bookings into the Apple wallet app. It takes ages to sign in, to look up bookings, to make a booking. Please remove the performance bottleneck. Also most of the functionality is tu ked away in thr burger menu. Commonly used functions need to be easily accessible
Most crappy app ever

The only reason why I used this crappy app was for the Rs. 300 discount and I believe I should've received more for going through this ordeal. It took me over 40 mins to book a simple flight. Unfortunate as it is, that you were the only option.
Lags a lot

I was unable to book my ticket using the app. Kept on loading and loading. Used website then. I can't even add the booked ticket to Wallet(Passbook) app. When I tap Add to Passbook, I only get the loading logo. Please improve the app performance.
