Unable to Update Effects

This new update does allow the Pulse Speaker to work under iOS 11 but unable to update the new effects on both an iPad and and iPhone. It appears to complete but doesn’t accept the update and the speaker just powers down and shuts off.....
Not working since the update !!!

Since I updated yesterday the app is not working. Can’t control the volume or any other settings from my Iphone 7 ios 11.1.1 The connected Authentics L16 won’t even show as a connected device in the app any longer. Please fix the issue ASAP

In installed the app, all excited about it. Then i added all my music and thats it I only can play music, no way to use an equalizer or so, it is impossible to scroll around your music without interrupting the actual song playing, so so super annoying app!
