I can’t seem to locate the equalizer in the app. I’m sure it is in the description.

Every time iOS updates I know my speakers will stop working over Bluetooth and WiFi. This company (JBL) lacks a commitment to the software that runs their hardware. I wish I’d gone with another company instead.

They don’t support development of this app. It looks ugly on new iPhones and don’t support JBL Pulse 3

This app doesn’t let me play music through the speaker. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP. It’s pretty obvious that they do not care about their customers because the app hasn’t been updated for a year. This is a joke. I will never buy another product from this JOKE of a company. It’s pretty pathetic.....

In the effects library of this app the only color choices I have are 5 I total at the very top; no other choices. Also two of those options are merely question marks but do perform two different light functions. Please fix this ASAP.

Please fix this app, I’m unable to use the extra light effects, my favorite is the rainbow one and now it no longer works ? after the IOS update

Just when you think they solved the EQ problem. The limit it completely only to Apple Music. Which hardly anyone even uses since space is so limited on these phones. When 90% of users listen via Apple radio, pandora radio, amazon or what have you. They limit it to stored music and Apple Music ?♂️ Way to miss the mark JBL

The app description states that, with it, you can update your speaker firmware. Launched the app and I see no way to do this. My JBL speaker connects fine with my iPad mini 4, other than that, it’s pretty much useless.
