I got a new pair of LIVE300TWS ear buds and the app only connected to them once. They paid fine with my phone but I can’t access the app to adjust the settings. Very annoying.
The equalizer screen keeps prompting me to add my own custom eq settings every time I enter the screen, there is no option to choose any presets or even custom ones.
I bought Tune 750BTNC but I cannot use this app.Add it into app plz.
I just purchased my first JBL wireless headphones I love the quality of the sound i’m over all satisfied with the product I’m a little disappointed that this platform does not support all of the models under the JBL name. I hope you all can consider this at some point and add additional models to be support thank you very much for your consideration.
I have the jbl live 300 they are very good earbuds but the app is just terrible it randomly doesn’t register when I’m connected to Bluetooth and won’t let me adjust my settings cause I can’t get on
Wow, what a waste of time and data. The insert that came with my earbuds even had this app listed for use with them, and as soon as I open the app, my device won’t connect. After being taken to a drop down menu, I listed which product I have only to receive a notification thanking me for helping improve the app. Seriously? These buds are literally last year’s model. How can you advertise that they connect to the app and then they don’t? Doesn’t make and sense at all. I’ll make sure to mention this in my amazon review so someone else doesn’t waste their money like I did.
