I tried every login option. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. When you spend almost $100 on a foam roller you’d expect the app to not crap itself when entering your name and stats.
No customer service apparently?

I have tried and tried on more than one device to set up the rollerconnect to no avail. Can’t get past the setup account screen. I emailed for help and got a response that I would hear within the day or next day. Haven’t gotten any other response and can’t find any help online.

Cannot get the App to connect with device. Really need to update the App. I don’t think anything wrong with the device. It’s the App. Very disappointed in JAXJOX. Releasing an App that won’t work is just bad business.

Workout videos GONE!

All the workout videos I relied on are gone. The app just gives a URL NOT FOUND error. Their website has gone dark as well, so there’s no way to get support at this time.
“Smart” App grossly inflates scale measurements

The app worked fine for a month, now it’s displaying grossly inaccurate results. The scale displays one weight, and the app adds about 25 lbs, in addition to increased body fat and other important measurements. (No, I did not gain 25 lbs in one week. The scale itself is accurate, since I checked my weight on another household scale.) Hoping it was a fluke, I synced my scale the next day with the app and got similarly inaccurate readings. So this expensive “smart” scale has now been reduced to a standard digital scale. Attractive enough, but worthless for my needs. If I could return it I would, since I can’t read the body fat measurements directly on the scale. I have never left an app review before, but this one is so terrible, well below the standards I would expect from a high-priced product that depends on the app to display and record data. Oh, and who thought it was a good idea to delete data after 30 days? Most people would want to follow their progress over time. Unless they fix these bugs, I’ll need to invest in another scale. Very disappointing.

First off, The kettlebell is a great piece of workout equipment, but probably one of those things that just doesn’t need to be connected. The app rarely syncs with the kettlebell. the data is less than useful. It really only counts reps and weight moved. If that data is useful to you, great. It doesn’t really help me in any way. The workout video library is weak and aimed at beginners.

I tried installing and it would never connect to my phone. Looks to be a cool scale but I will be returning unless I can get it to sync. Shows synced on my phone but not in the app.

Wonky app, not very stream lines. Needs some quality of life improvements. Wasn’t connecting correctly and hasn’t been updated in 8 months.
