Connected?
Losf

Seeing that the whole point was for this app to connect with kettlebell —the app could connect to that nor the Apple Health app. The pace of app development and fixing bugs is not acceptable for a product (kettlebell) that costs over $200.

No support iOS 13. What’s the point of buying?
HonestVish

Literally overprice kettlebell until app works. Been close to a month already and no update with little help from customer service. Going to return most likely.

Does not work with iOS 13
Brandona2019

Was really excited to buy this with app tracking but it doesn’t even pair with iPhone, just says coming soon which makes me really concerned for future updates. Will likely be returning unless they update ASAP. They have already had like 90 days or so.

iOS 13 Support
Geagle2010

I’m really excited to use this product. Functionally, it’s a great for home workouts. Being able to adjust weights internally is a great space saver. The reason for 2 stars is the lack of App support. I purchased my kettlebell about a month and a half ago and it still hasn’t gotten the necessary update. It makes me nervous that it’s taking this long to get the product ready.

APP UNUSABLE- PRODUCT NO GOOD
DB4IP

PLEASE FIX THE APP ASAP TO SUPPORT IOS 13 WHICH HAS BEEN OUT SINCE SEP 2019. THIS IS NOW BEYOND RIDICULOUS!

Poor First Impression - No iOS 13 Support
Jorheyy_

I hate leaving a bad review, but for the price JAXJOX charges at retail for their Kettlebell device it is unacceptable that there is no support for iOS 13 just a few short days away from the new year. I was gifted this device for Christmas by my parents to help maximize my fitness lifestyle and passion for technology. Other app development companies get on the ball and immediately roll out some type of support even in the vanilla stages, but come on at least let me connect to my device with bluetooth. The only positive here is I can still manually enable the weight amount I like but there is no “fitness IQ” feature to accurately manage or track it. The device is promising but for now its an expensive disappointment until JAXJOX officially offers iOS 13 support. I fear if it takes too long I will miss out on making a rightful return for a misleading product that is false advertised. The user manual even says it is compatible for iOS devices using 10.0 or higher.

No connectivity

Purchased this because of the “smart” technology- doesn’t connect to iPhone. No idea when/if it will be fixed. Wouldn’t have purchased had I known.

Slow updates
psyclopps

Used to love my Kettlebell, now it is essentially unsupported until they bring back integration with the app. Ugh.

Doesn’t work
Gueyegay

The kettlebell is a $200 piece of junk because it doesn’t even sync with the app. It’s amazing how JAXJOX continues to knowingly sell their “smart” products when the app doesn’t even work because they don’t bother to update it. Don’t buy their products.

Shoddy app for expensive hardware
W. Thomas

The foam roller interface is difficult to use, making the connected app an appealing option. But. The app is hit or miss, freezing in the middle of a rolling session, or getting stuck “syncing data” on startup. Kettlebell Connect support is still “coming soon,” which means it’s a high-tech product that offers no value beyond what a basic set of kettlebells offer.
