My account was suspended why ? I don’t know this doesn’t make sense I didn’t have no nude pictures nothing this is trash , the application don’t even work most of the time but wanna suspend your account great

I was talking with someone on their for a few hours and all of the sudden I was suspended. I’m freaking out Bc we were hitting it off and I don’t want him to think I just ditched him when I didn’t and I’m wondering if it will save our messages if this can be fixed. I contacted support but havnt received anything back. Plz help

I’ve noticed over the past year I’m getting more and more messages from guys in China or from China, I’m not sure. They message me only in Chinese even after I say I don’t speak Chinese. I even have “I don’t speak Chinese” prominently written in my profile. Most show they are thousands of miles away. I’m not sure if they are bots or what but it’s turned this into a useless app for me.

If they want to put someone who has their own business or masseur. Jackd doesn't care and. The jackd will put your account suspend with the device ID number AND YOU WILL NOT ABLE T NEW CREATE ACCOUNT!!!! FYI Someone who wants to put profile who have anyone own business or any in general personal and business on the profile. They make jealous and report. They did not read their profiles. Jackd have no judge's and go-ahead suspend without letting them an account. I know that jackd has to feel black hearts and don't care about other accounts.

I’m paying for Jack’d, wanted to support since I use the app, the matches, how can I customize to what I’m looking for? 99.9% I have to swipe left because they are not my type and not what I’m looking for I should be able to customize based on age size gender make this better for people that pay for this account

Why would i pay to block someone? If i want to hide a profile it falls under the blocked category. I would have to unblock someone else just to block someone else thats crazy.

Search results seem to have an agenda

Search results clearly favor a particular kind of person. Nothing against that type. I’ve dated, had friends, lived with that type on multiple occasions. I just don’t see why their promotion has to be the objective of a dating app. It’s very strange. Peace.

Even for the free version, there should be no limit on the amount of people one can block. There are too many creeps, fetishizers, & pestering ppl you might not be into that hit the average user up after a certain amount of time on the app...constantly. I shouldn’t have to pay extra just to feel safer on the app, and I shouldn’t have to anxiously go through and unblock past accounts (which should/could all possibly be blocked for valid reasons) for basic peace of mind on the app if/when someone that needs to be blocked comes around.
