I feel it’s better but restrictions on blocking to make a quick buck can potentially put someone at risk. A person shouldn’t need a reason to not want to have contact with someone; let alone pay for that type of safety.

I submitted a support request their app says they will respond in 48 hrs well it’s been going on 96 hrs and still nothing has happened. I’ve even went as far as reaching out on Twitter no one has looked at the message. I then messaged on Facebook they say it and still didn’t respond. It’s very rude and neglectful to see the messages and purposely not respond. If you want better do better.

We have got to get more viable options. The app is garbage. The photo moderation is both laughable and infuriating. Contacting support requires a doctoral thesis and the blood of your first adopted child. Zero redeeming attributes. Deleting.

This app works when it wants to. 7/10 times that I’ve tried opening the app to use and it just stays loading the entire time and never opens up. I’ve turned my phone on and off, deleted the app and nothing changes.

The app fixed most of its bugs, which is nice. But, too many of the features that makes the app useful are behind a pay wall — especially your own album of photos. I do appreciate that the app doesn’t allow snapshots anymore, except for subscribers. Almost there. Hoping they dial back some of the paid features just a bit.

I only been using the app for about a month and towards the end of the month; I remember losing all my chats it locked me out and when I tried to create another account it said that my personal account had been suspended . When I tried contacting customer support I got no response. Furthermore, so far as the app it has a large room for improvement In terms of the filters and accessibility. And when messaging someone as well sometimes pictures I Messages don’t go through.

App won't load pictures and stay set. Update didn't do anything. Can’t change my profile name either. It says name is too short, please fix.

Worst experience ever- after buying a week, I had to delete after 2 days because of the outright racism from the people on here. I “waved” at a black guy and got a response that “you people” shouldn’t even think of contacting “them” because of the current situation....I will never pay nor use this app again as it seemingly ok for black people to be totally racist!!!
