After the last update I lost all my workout history and can't recover it anywhere. Deleting this app and switching to a much better workout log app.
This is the second time this has happened. I log quite a bit of exercises and lost everything after an update TWICE. I guess I'll stick to paper and pen. It works really well and would be a 4-5 star app if it weren't for this.
They made a free app worse and started charging for it. Started using Strong instead and I highly recommend.
Really simple, straight-forward workout log. This app is exactly what I needed, I was growing tired of bringing my notepad and pen to the gym. I always bring my iPhone to the gym to listen to music anyways, and so this app is perfect for me. I'll never have to carry anything with me to the gym, or lose another workout log again!
This workout log app is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted an easy way to keep track of my workouts including weight and reps and it works for just that. Its really easy for me to log especially because I check my phone between sets anyways. Simple and efficient!!! Highly recommended! A+++

This is a very simple and bland app. It isn't easy to navigate and once a workout is created it isn't easy to edit. All it is is a very simple word processor. The only thing that makes it better than pen and paper is that it's on the iPad which I wouldn't bring to the gym anyway. I have no incentive to add the information onto the app once I get home from the gym. Save yourself 99 cents, skip this app.
This is a very simple app that really does all the things you need to track your daily workouts. Easy to navigate, and I really like the note section.
