Reminds me an hour early

stealth007s

This could be a good thing or a bad thing. Every reminder I have set does this. I have some reminders that I can do early but some that can't (like medication reminders). Please fix this!!!

update was bad / okay now!

Mac100

after update, can't check any boxes so app is now worthless to me - 6/2020 UPDATE: works fine on new device. Once again this is a great & useful app!

App crashes when trying to add a task

Littlesmp

Just bought this app and I can't use it. Every time I click to add a task the app closes. What a waste of money.

It's Done! What a difference it makes!

Concerned power user

I had the privilege of using the It's Done app in the beta testing stage and watched it take shape. I thought the app was excellent to begin with but it just got better. The It’s done app is one of my favorites. It saves me time and worry. I travel and about the time my plane is taking off my mind starts to ask, “Did you lock the front door?” “Did you lock the car door.?” That’s a fine time to do that after I can do nothing about it. All I can do is worry. It’s done lets me keep a record of those things as I do them on my iPhone and when my mind starts talking, I can assuredly say, “It’s done!” I used to leave all sorts of plugs, tickets, etc in my hotel rooms when checked out. Now It’s Done reminds me of the things I need to do before I leave the room. No more left behind phone chargers. It has a record for later referral too. Just because it reminded me, I may not have done it. It’s the same with my daily health supplements. I sometimes can’t remember from one time to the next whether I took the last supplements. Of course the reminder is great, but what is really great is It's done records taking them AND even keeps a long-term record of when I took them. The is the app I have been looking for. I don’t try and remember anything anymore. I let the It’s Done app do it for me. It’s done and I know it’s done.

Best App. on the Market for Memory Loss....

R phelps

My name is Rick Phelps. I was diagnosed with EOAD ( Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease) over a year ago. I am also the Founder of Memory People on Facebook. The largest social networking site on the internet. I cannot tell you how long I have been looking for an application just like this one. I have seen it in my mind many times and now its a reality. It is something new for me, so it will take some getting used to, but it is user friendly. Very simple to set up. And works excellent. I can tell you with EOAD, you forget everything, just about everyday. Does that explain how important this app. is??? I have had it about 15 minutes, set up many reminders already. It's 4:30am and I want to get my wife up to tell her how excited I am to have found this. To say this will be useful to me, is an understatement. I highly recommend this app. for iPhone and iPad users. It is the best I have every seen... Thank you Howard for sharing this with me, I can't wait to launch it to our Members on Memory People. We have over 1,000 Members worldwide, all who will benefit from this simply, yet so important application....

Great Application....

I am on the board for the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota, and I presented the It's Done APP at our monthly meeting tonight. Nothing but great responses. I have been using the APP myself for the last few weeks, and have found it extremely helpful. It is more than just a helpful tool, it helps strengthen your memory while making sure everything gets done when they're supposed to. Thanks, AJ!

It's Done! A Superb Little App!

I'm really enjoying using the It's Done! app and I finally decided to post a Customer Review to let the world know! It downloaded quickly/easiy from the AppStore and has worked perfectly from the very first time I launched it. I've been using it for over a month on pretty much a daily basis. As a rule, I'm not a forgetful person, but there were certain routine daily tasks that I'd occasionally forget whether or not I did them. Like I'd be driving away from the house and have to turn around to drive back to check whether I closed the garage door. Or I'd forget if I'd turned off the sprinkler. By having these and other tasks loaded in It's Done!, all I have to do is check them off when I do them. Then, instead of driving back home, I can look at the app. If there's a check mark, it's done. If no check-mark, I gotta go back and do it. So far, It's Done! has been right every time! Setting up new tasks is a cinch, especially since the app already has so many common tasks pre-loaded. I did create a few of my own custom tasks, but that was really easy to do, too. It's also easy to select when you want the tasks to recur by days of the week. I've also scheduled a few tasks a week in advance using the scheduling feature. When the tasks are set to recur every day, the task view screen pops up fresh each day with the tasks to be completed. The app lets you categorize tasks into a variety of categories (and you can custom-create your own), so it's easy to view them by category, especially if you've got a lot of tasks for the day. I've tried the reminder alert feature with taking a vitamin at 8:00 AM and it worked flawlessly, with a "chirp" and vibration on my iPhone to remind me at the right time. With the reminder, it lets you open the task view page to check the task done. Very intuitive! Though I didn't have anyone I needed to notify of my "done" tasks, I did try out the notifications feature to send a text and email to a friend when I checked the task "lock back door". Within a couple of minutes of me tapping a checkmark in the box, he called to tell me he'd gotten both the text and email notifications. That's a really cool feature of the app. I can see how useful this feature would be for someone who needs to notify others when important tasks are done. The app is well-designed and very attractively laid out with great colors and graphics. I particularly like the way the app creates a click sound and phone vibration whenever a checkmark is tapped to show the task done. Kind of confirms you've made a checkmark! Smart! The app lets you look back or ahead in time to see tasks you've done or need to do. The task history function is also helpful for seeing which tasks you completed on past days. You can easily re-set or purge the history, but I'm keeping it so I can see it how much I really get done! I'm sure there are lots of apps out there that allow you to schedule or check-off tasks, but none of them seem as easy to use and friendly as the It's Done! app. It seems this app's main function is to let you know whether or not you did something and it does that well. The reminder alert makes it a handy memory device for getting things done and the notifications feature is a really great idea that I'm sure a lot of people will find helpful. The app opens to the task view page, so there's never the need to navigate all around or press lots of commands to get to the heart of the matter: Did I do it? It's Done! lets you know that quickly and easily. It's really kind of fun to use and easy to incorporate into a daily routine. I highly recommend this app. For $2.99, it's a bargain, especially if it helps you recall whether or not you did something crucial, like turn off the stove or close the garage door. The first time it does that, you'll be glad you got It's Done!

Needs Work

2coolbaby

I am suspicious of all the 5 star ratings. This app needs some work. Items should auto hide once completed or at least have this as an option. I have about 30 items a day to do and it is cluttered and hard to find things. Makes the app useless for me. Should be able to manually sort your lists. After you choose the first sort when setting up, you are stuck with it. I do things in a specific order each day and would like my list to reflect that. Fix these glaring problems and I will re-rate it.

I love it!

emtdems

This is a life saver in regards to taking medication and other uses. It was easy to create a reminder and reminds you to take your necessary medicate. Having a traumatic brain injury it is very easy to forget about taking my meds. It has reminded me to take my seizure medication, which is very important. Now the downside of the app is that there are problems with it on the iPhone 5. It is not permitting me to save a reminder. Hopefully there will be an update to improving the app. I mention it to my family and friends because you never realize that time goes by and you forget to do things. This is a great "alarm clock" reminder. I downloaded it the first day I found out about it. My hat's of to you and it is a God send.

Crash!

This used to be one of my favorite apps. Not anymore. It crashes every time I try to use it.
