This software didn't help me at all. I was trying to recover data I lost when I had to restore my iPhone to factory settings. I wanted to recover what I lost from my last back up of a few months but it only downloaded to my computer what was already on my phone.

Does not find my local files

The program misses many files. None of my video files are present and other application specific files cannot be found. Other than a very basic file transfer program, this does not meet the promises in the description at all. Waste of money. Do not buy.
