It hasn't worked or been updated in months. It says that all trains are out of service all the time. No feedback or anything from the app support or developers. I only use it for the map, which you can get for free. DONT BUY THIS APP.

This used to be the very best NYC subway map app and the best way for easily finding out about and keeping track of NYC subway delays, route changes, advisory warnings, etc. Slick interface, cool sounds, great customization and push-alert options, and always timely data. But at this point the app hasn’t seen a significant update in 3+ years - and, worse, has stopped pulling in up to date subway data, or pulling it in with a great delay. And I don’t just mean that the app went from it’s previously ability of pulling in updated data in nearly real-time 24 hours a day to be being, say, just a few minutes behind ... I mean that over the last year or two it’s data feed is often just flat out broken for hours, days, weeks, or even months at a time. An app for daily commuters that only has train-delay details that are over two months old - is a useless app. I think I paid for this app back in the day... Are they still charging for it? Hopefully not, because this app has regrettably gone from being “easily worth $10+!” to not even being of value for free.

Was a great app but now finished. No connections, no update, no routes, no schedules..,nothing. Should be removed from store.

The App no longer updates nor does the real time in app train info updates. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s been like this for about 3 to 4 months now. This used to be the premiere subway map to travel, navigate and keep up with real time subway advisories but now it no longer works. It’s a glorified interactive map at the moment. And there’s been no word if the app will ever work again, if it’s no longer being developed and serviced or what. Time to find a new one.

It's been over 2 months and advisories have not been updated. I thought it was just me but it seems I'm not alone. This app used to be amazing. Rip.

What happened to this app? This used to be one of the best apps for NYC train system. Now it’s just useless, it’s out dated I’m really surprised about this. What a waste of money I paid for, for an app that goes down the drain few months later. Apple you should refund us our money. How could developers do this make a app charge and not supported it after. I guess this is somewhere in the terms & policy huh forgot the customers.
