Used to be great

Now it appears it’s no longer supported. Schedules aren’t updating. Every line says “not in service” when it is.

I have used and recommended this app for a lot while but a couple months ago or more, it ceased working in iOS, and not due to any particular iOS update. If anyone is paying attention, I hope you plan to make this functional again soon in iOS.

This app went from the number 1 nyc subway map, ever! To useless. I guess I should blame myself for not dumping this app 6 months ago. Don't waste your time. It's the end of May 2018. This app hasn't been updated since September of 2017.

This app used to be great but stopped being updated over a year ago. It’s now pretty inaccurate and lacks information that you would need for the subway.

I don’t know what’s happened but this app doesn’t work anymore, I loved it and I suggested to many people. I’m so disappointed!

this is a dead app. used to be great. they aren’t updating it and it no longer does the functions that made it great like live updates. such a shame.

This app used to be practical because it was able to provide from-to routes. Not anymore. No matter the mode (subway only or subway and bus), it wouldn’t provide a route even when it’s totally obvious that I can get to, say, a Midtown location using public transportation. Please fix.
