Doesn’t work

Installed and connected. However, there’s no alert option anywhere. The device doesn’t even make beeping sound when holding down for 3 seconds. Useless!

My daughter-in-law gave this to me it does not work. I am reporting Itrace to the better business bureau. I only tapped One star because I could not otherwise post this
Map location on Google Maps?

It would be great if some other features like the location map worked. It’s ok if you just want your keys to sound off in the other room. Maybe I just have the cheap version? I don’t know!

It does every thing it said it would and fast if you bought the item then if you use this app it will be a breeze the only bad thing is it’s a little hard to find the remote but not to hard

I have 5 different tracing devices. Some I do not wish to trace and I delete. But after restarting the application they appear again. This is very annoying.

Got this from a hackathon at Cisco. Can’t believe they actually bought these to give to all the participants. It tracker is great but app is horrible. Uses Bluetooth connection. Starts to beep when you close the app.
Ring tones won’t work

Can't Go The Distance

I purchased this tracker because on the box it was listed that the tracker to phone range was 75 feet. The other night when I was at the other end of our house which was close to 20 feet my iPhone was sounding an alarm that it had lost communication with the tracker and the tracker's alarm was also going off alerting me to fact that my phone was not near by. It's too bad because I had hopes that I had finally found a tracker that could live up to it's hype.
Itag Device can’t be found in app
