The idea behind this is great. Every time the app shuts though the tag disconnects and beeps nonstop. It's silly that the app always had to be open. It should run in the background to be useful.

I hear people complaining about the device beeping when the app is closed or disconnected, it is meant to do this. It is the devices way of saying "Hey! I am disconnected! Check your phone!" The app can run in the background, so long as you do not close it out completely. I like it. If the app is running in the background and your tag goes out of range it will alert you on your phone. The tag will also make noise for 30 seconds (which if you have it on your toddler, it lets them know they are too far, or draws attention to a person if they snag your kid or item). Yes it is annoying if you close out your app and it beeps, but it only beeps for 30 seconds and then stops. As for not being able to label the item in the app, you have to connect to the item first, then you can select the arrow and add your tags to it. Really good app and device, has lots of potential.

This app works great. It connected to the key fob as soon as it was installed. Setup was easy a snap. Kudos!

Instructions that came with the I-tag said to check the app. The app covers a lot of topics but goes over everything too briefly. I can't get my tag to work and I've tried downloading, deleting and downloading the app again three times now. That is the only suggestion it gives if it isn't working properly. I'm disappointed.

Tried using to connect the Bluetooth devices and didn't work. Product development still needs work

The device works, BUT it doesn't stay on for more than 15 minutes. If I can remember yo turn it back on every 15 minutes, then I won't forget where my keys are. Defeats the purpose of having it.

Got this as a freebie. Can't find the tag, doesn't beep as promised. It's going straight to the garbage where it belongs.

Quickly connects with minimal lag. Best part is it's able to recognize my iHere3 products and send alerts to those products as well
Does not work with iOS 11

Mediocre app did what it was designed for until iOS update. Now it won’t open and is useless. The iTag trackers I bought are a complete waste of money with no way to track them.
