Worst service ever

Both Phone and TV services are bad, and customer service is worst, it’s easy to get the service but it’s so hard to cancel them, they keep tell you the cancellation department are busy and will call you back, I have been calling them in the past four days and still not able to cancel my services.

I cannot receive calls from the US when in China. The app only shows the calling number and always fail to download the voice msg. Too many bugs to use it comfortably.
Service always busy during peak hours

The connection is really bad with or without the internet. I basically cannot use their service all the time during the peak hours (between 8-9am China time). Voice quality is extremely bad because there is always echo or lagging. I recommend to use WeChat chat, which is free and quality is much better

Very low charge but quality fair enough. I can receive text message from China and have a Chinese telephone number, just $1 per month. I would recommend my friend to sign up italkbb mobile.

Everything worked well initially. however from time to time I had trouble listening to voicemail in the app, or getting phone calls or texts sent to my number in mainland China. Missing a feature: when I was in China using the China SIM card, it would be great if I can receive SMS messages sent to my US phone number. Please add this feature!

So annoying that mobile minutes calling is disabled whenever you connect to WiFi and you need to re login - and there is no “Re-login” in the menu. WiFi calling usually with poor quality.

In the iTalkBB dialing pad, the call button doesn’t appear because the 12 number buttons are too large. It worked in my iPad Pro.
